Never lose a tender ona technicality.

Tendakazi is the operating system for Kenyan suppliers and contractors. It keeps every certificate current, reads the tender for you, prices the BQ, gets the bound bid into the box before it closes — and brings the machines when you win.

01 · Win the bid

Tenders and bids

Upload the tender and the bid opens. We read it, prepare what you cannot, and put the finished pack in the box on time.

02 · Stay eligible

Compliance

The certificates every tender asks for, kept current. Valid documents go into each bid by themselves; only what is missing becomes a task.

03 · Clean books

Accounts and tax

A Tax Compliance Certificate is only as good as last month's returns, and most tenders ask for audited accounts. We keep both current.

04 · Money to deliver

Bonds and finance

Winning is half the job; executing takes capital. Requests go to licensed partner insurers, banks and lenders, tracked from your desk.

05 · Deliver and get paid

After the award

The contract is where the money is made or lost. We measure, certify, source and chase, so you are paid for every piece of work you do.

06 · Machines on site

Equipment leasing

Won the works? Lease vetted machines with operators, mobilised to your site and tracked in the same desk.

07 · Be found online

Websites and apps

Buyers and tender committees look you up. We design, build, host and look after the website, shop, app or system your firm needs.

08 · Set up in Kenya

Foreign companies

Coming to Kenya to bid, build or supply? We register the company, get your people their permits, set up tax and licences, and find you local partners. Government fees and decisions rest with the issuing authority; our fee is quoted separately.

09 · Bid better yourselves

Learn

Half-day sessions for your bid team, online or at your office, built on the evaluation sheets and the bids we see every week.

010 · Run the firm

Your desk

The workspace every service runs through, included in every plan.

Most bids are lost before the price is read.

Preliminary evaluation is a checklist. One lapsed certificate or one unsigned form ends the bid at the first table — the pricing, the bond fee and the printing are gone with it. Tendakazi makes that checklist boring.

  1. 1

    Expired KRA Tax Compliance Certificate

The vault watches every expiry and orders the renewal from the alert.

  2. 2

CR12 older than the tender allows

The reader flags the age rule and checks it against your copy's date.

  3. 3

Form of Tender unsigned or unstamped

The bid will not show Ready until every form is signed and stamped.

  4. 4

    Pages not serialised across copies

Compilation paginates and serialises the original and every copy.

  5. 5

Bid security in the wrong form or amount

The reader extracts the exact security required; we source the bond.

  6. 6

Bid reaches the box after closing

A courier booked against the closing minute, with a stamped receipt.

Four desks. One deadline.

Everything between a tender notice and a stamped receipt, built for how Kenyan firms actually bid.

The Vault

Upload CR12, KRA TCC, AGPO, NCA and permits once. Tendakazi watches every expiry and renews them — and registers you for any you do not have yet, quoted before you pay.

The Analysis

Upload the tender and your bid opens. Our analysts, with AI, read every page and check each requirement against your vault — then send you a report: what is met, what is missing, and what to send us.

Own plant that sits idle?

List it with us. We match it to firms that have won the works, handle the paperwork and collect payment.

List your equipment

Money to bid. Money to deliver.

Winning is half the job; executing takes capital. Request bonds and financing from the same desk that holds your bid — your track record on Tendakazi travels with the request.

Bid bonds

The bid security the tender asks for, in the right form and amount, requested from partner insurers and banks.

Performance bonds

The guarantee you need to sign the contract once you have won, without tying up your working capital.

LPO financing

Capital to buy and deliver against a local purchase order, so a large award does not stall at execution.

Invoice discounting

Cash against a delivered, unpaid invoice from a public body, instead of waiting months for payment.

Bonds and financing are provided by licensed partner insurers, banks and lenders on their own terms and subject to their approval. Tendakazi relays and tracks the request.

Clean books. Valid certificates.

A Tax Compliance Certificate is only as good as last month's returns, and most tenders ask for audited accounts. We keep both current, so the vault never has to warn you.

Audited accounts

Prepared with a partner audit firm registered with ICPAK, ready for the two or three years tenders ask for.

Payroll deductions

PAYE, NSSF, SHIF, Housing Levy and NITA worked out and filed every month.

KRA returns

VAT, withholding, turnover tax and corporation tax, filed before the deadline, never after.

Bookkeeping

Bank and M-Pesa statements turned into clean monthly books a lender or auditor can read.

Your documents are your business.

A bid file holds your tax records, your shareholders and your prices. Tendakazi is built so they stay yours, in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.

Your firm, sealed off

Every firm's vault, tenders and bids are isolated at the database level. Nobody outside your team can read them — including other firms on the platform.

Roles for every person

Owners, bid managers, finance and team members each see what their job needs. Administrator-created accounts must set their own password first.

A full audit trail

Every change to a document, a bid or a payment is recorded with who made it and when, for the dispute you hope never comes.

M-Pesa you can reconcile

Payments arrive through Safaricom's Daraja API against an invoice reference, recorded once and never edited — corrections are reversals.

Questions, answered.

Anything else, call us on +254 718 128 076.

Does Tendakazi submit the bid for us?

For physical tenders, yes: we compile, print, bind and deliver to the tender box, and attach the stamped receipt to your bid. For electronic tenders on IFMIS or a portal, your team submits under your own credentials; Tendakazi prepares the pack and records the acknowledgement.

Who reads the tender document?

We do. Upload it and your bid opens at once; our analysts read every page with the help of AI, check each requirement against your vault and firm profile, and send you a report: our recommendation, what you already meet, and for each gap why it is open and exactly what to send. You send the missing items from the report, or ask us to get them.

Which documents can the vault track?

CR12, KRA Tax Compliance Certificate, PIN and incorporation certificates, AGPO, NCA, county business permits, NSSF and SHA compliance, professional registrations, manufacturer authorisations, bank statements and audited accounts.

How do we pay?

Subscriptions and services are paid by M-Pesa — an STK prompt to your phone, or the Paybill with the invoice reference. Every service is quoted before you pay.

Where can you deliver physical bids?

Tender boxes across Kenya. Pickup and delivery are timed against the closing time in the quote, and the courier's position is visible until the receipt is stamped.

We are missing a document. Can you get it for us?

Yes. From the vault, choose Register for it next to any missing document — company registration, KRA PIN, Tax Compliance Certificate, AGPO, NCA, county permits, NSSF and SHA. We send you a quote first, covering our fee and the government charges; once you pay by M-Pesa we file it and upload the certificate to your vault.

Can we lease equipment without bidding through Tendakazi?

Yes. Any firm on Tendakazi can request plant and machinery against a contract, whether or not the bid was prepared here.

Be in the box before it closes.

Expertise. Excellence. Execution. — for every tender your firm bids on.
